Pickalbatos’ Neverland Entertainment City in Hurghada held a special celebration during its third anniversary, dedicated to honoring the true makers of success behind this major tourism project. The city’s management celebrated all professional, technical, and service teams who work as one integrated unit and have helped position Neverland as one of the most prominent entertainment destinations in the Middle East.

As part of its ongoing achievements, Neverland in Hurghada has received the Quality and Safety Certification from the international firm Preverisk—one of the world’s leading authorities on assessing safety standards, operational quality, and service efficiency across tourism destinations. This accreditation further strengthens Neverland’s status as a world-class entertainment city and confirms its ability to offer a safe, premium experience that meets the highest levels of trust among tourists of various nationalities.

During the celebration, the city’s management emphasized that this recognition reflects the philosophy and vision of businessman Kamel Abu Ali, owner of the Pickalbatros Hotels & Resorts Group, who consistently prioritizes honoring partners of success as the fundamental pillars of the group, its true source of strength, and the primary foundation of its continued excellence.

The management affirmed that Abu Ali’s close engagement with employees—listening to their views and following up on details—has motivated the team to work with high morale and fostered a genuine sense of partnership rather than mere employment. According to management, this approach has nurtured loyalty and belonging within Neverland and elevated daily performance to a level that has become a model in the tourism sector.

During the ceremony, Pickalbatros management stressed that the true strength of the city does not lie in its size, number of attractions, or physical scale, but in its fully integrated workforce that operates with exceptional harmony throughout the year, placing visitor comfort at the forefront. This cohesive effort has cemented Neverland’s reputation as a world-class entertainment destination.

The management praised the outstanding performance of the team—whether in handling daily operations, providing immediate responses to guest requests, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization, or embodying the positive spirit and warm hospitality that distinguish the city from the moment guests arrive until they depart.

Neverland’s management also explained that this recognition honors a comprehensive work ecosystem that stands behind the dazzling facade of the project—from operations, supervision, and front-office teams to security, maintenance, and service teams—who all work in complete harmony, embodying the concept of “one team with one heart.”

Pickalbatros further stated that the workforce of Neverland represents a shining example of Egyptian tourism and delivers a positive image that reflects Egypt’s ability to compete globally. The management noted that the success of the current season and the rise in occupancy rates are direct results of the dedication and efforts of this committed team.

The city’s management concluded by affirming that celebrating the makers of success will remain a firmly established annual tradition—honoring the vital role each individual plays in maintaining world-class standards and strengthening Neverland’s position as one of the most important entertainment destinations visited by guests from around the globe.
