The International Property Show will take place from 12 – 14th February at the Dubai World Trade Center. The International Property Show is the largest platform for buying and selling real estate in the Middle East to local and international buyers and investors. Real estate has been marked as a key sector as a major contributor to the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 in a plan that aims to position Dubai as the top four global financial hubs in the world, attracting over AED700 billion in foreign direct investments in the next 10 years.

Over the three-day event, the exhibition will welcome government officials, real estate developers and companies from both inside and outside of the UAE, financing institutions, banks, and investors to the most exciting property show in the Middle East.

The exhibition enables investors and buyers to find the properties that they are looking for, connecting them with developers who showcase their best projects. With developers from across the world including Miami, Turkey and the Philippines, it is an opportunity to explore the best in commercial and residential projects. Visitors will also benefit from exclusive deals and discounts offered by the participating developers.

Tariq Ramadan, Exhibition Director, said “The exhibition delivers the ideal platform for those looking to invest in real estate, both for those just entering the property market and also the seasoned investor. The real estate market in the United Arab Emirates is one of the most distinguished and thriving in the region and attracts investors from all over the world.”

2022 saw an exceptional year for real estate in the UAE with reports showing that the total real estate sales in Dubai amounting to 265.6 billion dirhams, the highest annual sales in the history of the real estate market in the UAE. 2022 also saw a significant rise in the number of women investing in property with a total of 26,698 female investors registering 33,419 real estate investments worth more than AED58.8bn. The number of women investing in real estate has increase 50.8% from 2021 according to data from Dubai Land Department.

The real estate sector in Dubai has maintained sustainable growth in terms of both value and number within real estate sales. It has witnessed a growth of about 78.3% on an annual basis in terms of the value estimated at 149 billion dirhams, and 62% in terms of the number of deals compared to 60.2 thousand deals in the past year 2021, according to the data of Dubai Land Department.

In addition to the exhibitors, the International Property Show provides participants with three days of activities, most notably the main conference, which includes dialogue sessions where elite real estate professionals, decision-makers, real estate developers, and senior government officials participate with the aim of exchanging opinions, experiences, and knowledge on the latest developments and trends in the local, regional, and global markets, along with exchanging their new government regulations.

The exhibition also organizes workshops and training seminars for those who work within the real estate sector and are interested. During these workshops and seminars, updates on the sector’s developments in terms of ideas, trends, and strategies will be reviewed, contributing to the development of professionals and ensuring they gain a better understanding of the real estate competitive environment.
