Talabat and Coca Cola Deepen Ties to Support Local Businesses

In light of their effort to support local restaurants in driving sales growth and enhancing customer offerings, talabat and Coca-Cola set the seal on their latest partnership today during a signing ceremony attended by company and media representatives.

The one year partnership will see Coca-Cola partner-restaurants enlist under a newly-created “Coca-Cola Collection” on the talabat platform, which aims to increase the restaurants’ brand awareness and enhance their offerings to drive sales. In addition, Coca-Cola will also invest through talabat to utilize in-app marketing tools for heightened partner visibility and traction.

On top of partner support, the partnership works to enhance the customer experience by offering exclusive deals and discounts under the collection to further advance the affordable value proposition brought forth by both companies.

In her speech during the signing ceremony, Hadeer Shalaby, Managing Director of talabat Egypt said, “Our long-standing partnership with Coca-Cola not only advances our mission to leverage technology and strategic partnerships to enable partners unlock substantial growth, but also compliments our offering of world-class service at an affordable price through the talabat platform.”

From his part, Moataz Abdelrahamn, Coca-Cola Egypt General Manager, stated, “Our partnership with talabat is pivotal to offering our products online thanks to talabat’s technology and at any time – showcasing once again that good food and Coca-Cola belong together. The year-long partnership inspires Real Magic, because just like Coca-Cola, talabat’s magic is only an order away. As a Coca-Cola system, we will continue to forge alliances that support our actions toward sustainable, balanced growth across our value chain.”

The partnership between talabat and Coca-Cola also includes content collaboration, holiday campaigns, as well as thematic promotions and activations that are aligned with creating magical moments.
