Little Black Book [LBB] has been described as ‘THE communications business for the communications world’, and it’s member list is made up of a large proportion of the world’s most creative companies, including significant advertising agencies, networks and holding companies like; WPP, Omnicom, IPG, Accenture Song, Stagwell, Publicis Groupe, Dentsu and others, as well as the world’s top production and post-production companies including; Ridley Scott Creative Group, Smuggler, Stink, The Mill and Framestore.
The company’s founder and CEO Matt Cooper began his career in the ad industry at Saatchi & Saatchi in 1988, before joining legendary post production house The Mill. Matt’s next move was to set up pioneering digital archive business Beam TV before founding LBB in 2010. Today LBB has up to 500,000 users a month and employs a staff of 40, with 2 in Germany, 2 in Canada, 3 in Sydney and 33 in London. Back in 2010, Cooper envisioned a unique business model for LBB that sets it apart from other content and awards sites and elevates it to a vital creative resource and content hub with international cultural impact.
